Wrapped around all elements of the Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management Suite is a powerful, proprietary custom reporting and analytics platform that allows clients to generate meaningful, real-time data online, 24x7. Cornerstone’s reporting and analytics tools drive into the heart of the data to let executives, managers and administrators identify impacts, trends, progress and results.

In addition to dozens of included “canned” reports, the platform also includes a custom reporting tool, Cornerstone Analytics, for the creation of a limitless number of highly specific reports. The application includes powerful Dashboards to present immediate views into the most complex data.

Standard Reports, Custom Reports and Dashboards
Standard Reports

Cornerstone’s proprietary reporting engine is included with the application and includes access to dozens of pre-defined reports.  Reports can be run on-demand, 24x7, and from any connected computer.

All reports have customizable data fields such as date range, user criteria, etc.  Reports can be scheduled and set to automatically generate themselves on a regular basis.
Custom Reports

Clients utilizing the custom reports builder will have a virtually limitless capacity for generating actionable reports on any data field in the application.  Custom analytics reports can be developed and rolled-out to specific business units or job roles - providing the right data to make important business decisions in real-time.
Dashboards

Cornerstone’s management dashboards can be configured to present immediate views into the most complex data for executives, management or any key personnel in the organization.  Dashboards are configurable, interactive and provide precise views of critical data around training and performance effectiveness, goal management, business unit performance or whatever metrics matter most.
